Client Won't Get Past User Agreement Empty Client Won't Get Past User Agreement

I tried logging on both my laptops and neither works. The screen gets stuck at user agreement after I login. I can neither accept or reject as nothing happens when I click both buttons.

Please try to use a mouse, you're probably trying to use the laptop mouse, which won't work really well!
