How to appeal a ban I did not ask for

Hello,
          I think this title is very self explanatory but I try to log on my account and I get this message:


I don't think I ever requested to be banned also the website in this photograph sends me to retail servers and well.....this is just not true...If the ban was over something silly as an argument I can't see why something could not be worked out. As there are two sides to every story!!

If a Game master or admin could kindly dm me for a resolution I'd appreciate it.
