Game running on integrated graphics card

So i downloaded this game yesterday to remember old times, but as soon as i launch the game am surprised at the fact that it is running horribly, after some research i came to the fact that it is actually running on the integrated graphics card and not in my gtx 1650 super. I tried forced running the launcher at max performance, but it didnt work, so maybe i need to add something else to the forced max performance settings settings on windows. I added the bin64 launcher too didnt fixed it...

Descargue recientemente el juego hace un rato para recordar viejos tiempos pero en cuanto inicie el juego me di cuenta que corría fatal, después de trastear con la configuración llegue a la conclusión de que el juego estaba corriendo con los gráficos integrados, así que lo primero que se me ocurrió fue agregarlo a los elementos gráficos de Windows ya si escoger mi tarjeta gráfica dedicada. Agregue el launcher que se encuentra en la carpeta raíz y el otro launcher que se encuentra en la carpeta bin64. No funciono con ninguna de las 2, así que llegue a la idea de que necesitaba agregar la aplicación que ejecuta el launcher ala hora de abrirlo, pero no he podido encontrarla necesito ayuda ((
