Mythic weapon from chest

the weapons (which is rare) from chest are either untradeable or rated 65 or higher. Am I missing something because we can only go to 65 and the Mythic Retune Scrolls are for 65 or lower, so you can't use on the weapon. Heck I even got a Mace untradeable, level 63 or lower for my Songweaver 65 who can't sell, trade or give away the darn thing had to throw it out.
Can you fix the Mythic Tuning scrolls and maybe Armor and weapons from chest are 65 and lower since we can't we don't go above that level
